My daughters had a softball tournament over the weekend so I booked this location specifically for the hot tub to help them recover after their games, and for the games to follow the next day. The hot tub was cold (heater wasn’t working) and I was told “they didn’t have an ETA as to when it would be fixed”. We stayed Friday-Monday and it was not fixed when we left. The price was higher than average but the hot tub amenity was worth it for my girls. I did explain this all to the hotel representatives and being a Hilton Honors member, the agent checking in with me via text, but nothing more than an “apology for the inconvenience” was done. Thoroughly disappointing customer service, in that regard. Also, washer/dryer on site, quarters only, and the hotel would only accept cash if you needed quarters. No ATM on site. I had to drive to find an ATM and take out cash so I could purchase a roll of quarters from them. First time I’ve had to pay for this amenity at a hotel, and what an inconvenience to do so. The Front Desk staff (Jaden in particular) was polite and courteous though, and actually was the highlight of our stay at this location. The breakfast was also good, my girls enjoyed the waffle maker.

The hotel was very nice with being welcomed at the front desk and helping when I did not have my photo ID. Rooms were clean, updated and nicely decorated. Breakfast was just OK. The hot items could have been better. My only complaint is that the pool and hot tub was not available until our day of check out. It would be nice if you put that on your website and provide to third parties like Expedia.

The parking area was very easy to navigate. The air-conditioning, etc. took some practice, but did not take long to figure out. Very clean room and comfortable beds.

Disappointing stay

Got here Thursday Friday, went to breakfast and was all cold, told the desk and they said they would tell them. Saturday… had to ask for room service and they came late day when we were getting ready for a function told them to come back . And they asked if I wanted room service. Really, I asked for it. housekeeping came and didn’t fill cups, creamers, bag for ice bucket, and one roll of toilet paper holder on top of wrapped toilet paper on toilet… Saturday, breakfast cold again. Sunday. 930 am. Stopped at desk to get extended night and girl asked if we wanted room service, said yes. Went to room and talked to cleaners. They said I was not on list but will take care of it. Got back at 330 pm and room not done. Went to desk and all mgr said well they have 21 rooms…and will get housekeeping in there and do I still want it …I realize they have a lot of rooms but they should have done mine before rooms not being used. I gave a total of 25 dollars so far tip for nothing!!! ◦
