Everything you need

Sparkling clean, comfy, and plentiful hot and yummy breakfast. What else in the world do you want? Area was a little out of the norm (lots of quiet office buidings) but I guess that's par for a Sunday. No street noise at night was actually a big plus - slept like a rock! Decor is dated but who really cares about that? Staff was extremely friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer. Next time in Hartford, we are there.

Very easy check in. I have a two queen room it's large and spacious. Bedrooms and bathroom are clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was the cleanest I have ever seen. The area isn’t great, but I didn’t go out, The pool was a hit w kids, The breakfast was ok, but better quality pasties and just generally would be wonderful! (Too many chemicals.) The water bottle availability and grab and go breakfast was great! Thank you

Staff needs training in customer services

Hotel was beautiful, and the view was nice but hotel staff have an iffy attitude. I asked for a fan during my stay and the lady laughed over the phone and’s made snark remarks and brought it up all dusty and handed it over rudely.
