Horrible horrible horrible !
Stayed for two nights with children for my son’s birthday. Decently kept. Table and chairs in the room were beat up. Found left over toys, candy wrappers, lollipop sticks from a family before behind and under couch so you know they didn’t clean there. Hair in tub drain upon arrival. Pool was colder than I imagine it to be since it’s winter. They had no insulation in the pool room. Breakfast was ehh. The potatoes were not good and under cooked, pork sausage samething. Wish they serve some kind of pancakes for the kids. Upon departure was charge multiple different transactions. First it was $100 than another $50 than another 50$ and when none of those went through they added another $50 charge to my hotel room charge. My room was 430 to then be charge 488 for no reason. Contacted hotel twice no manger on site which is just sad. Front desk Katie refuse to contact them and stated they will be back the next day when I was told that same thing yesterday. Then I ask why was I being charged these amounts she said for a smoking fee when not once did anyone smoke in the room. This was highly upsetting and super frustrating to be charge for something that was not done not once. Mangement should check cameras and key card swipes.
