Why do hotels think it is OK to beef you in a handicap room when you didn’t book it that way…by the time I brought my stuff and pet up I was too tired to go back down and start the booking again! For $423 for one night. This Hilton property did not meet my expectations. Toilet didn’t fill with water, fan in bathroom was noisy and general the room needed a better cleaning

Mattress on pullout-which we needed to use was not fit to sleep upon. Springs visible through thin cotton cover. Front deck staff said they were new mattresses in December and there was nothing they could do. Was an uncomfortable two nights.
