Good location just off I-84

We felt the hotel was well managed and clean. Used the nicely equipped gym and had a very satisfying breakfast. The women running the breakfast room impressed us as very dedicated and detail focused, everything tasty and hot.

Beautiful new room and a great price

Better than expected. The room was recently redone very upscale and extremely clean. Swipe problem with the key not working on the first room, but then check-in lady gave me a quieter room in a different location. Great night sleep and very pleased.

Perfect stay option for visiting my college student. The most impressive aspect of the hotel stay was how clean the room was. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely ecommend this hotel.

The staff is excellent here. The suite we reserved was an exceptional value, and it was very well maintained and one of the best conditions of any hotels we've stayed at - and we've stayed at some really nice ones! Pros: wonderful staff, value, cleanliness, condition, spatious suite, pet friendly, game room for the kids. Cons: only one elevator (shared with housecleaning) that is not climate controlled, it serves only 3 floors but it's also very slow and smaller. The area is hard to walk (no crosswalks near light). The parking lot is very well lit and I felt comfortable leaving lots of valuables in our vehicle while we were mid-move. I was really surprised in the best way possible with how nice Best Western can be.

It’s not Independence in Philadelphia:it’s a room

After leaving the Philadelphia Independence Park location, I knew to expect a downgrade in the look of the hotel but not in the service. The Manchester location staff was not inviting. Maybe we just caught them changing shifts but none of the common courtesies were extended: WiFi password, laundry facilities cost, time for breakfast. They changed the card and that was it. The breakfast was sad. The hostess did not greet the guests and the food was less than appetizing. I didn’t book here for the food but offering one that is actually edible would be nice. The laundry services is $3 a load to wash and to dry. I may as well send it out. The truly good part was the clean room, bed and the hotel location. Anything left to the staff was lack luster and priced too high. The ratings were good so I took a chance. I now know all BW are not consistent in their customer experience.
