The room was clean but smelled like smoke. The elevator makes a loud banging noise as it was going up. The other elevator wasn't working at all. Someone tried to run over the front desk guy in the parking lot. I'm not sure why. He was nice. The police were called. The lobby was run down and there was only an ice machine on the first floor.

The property was very unsafe, dirty and smelled marijuana everywhere. Hallway carpets smelled pet urine. We checked in and checked out in less than half an hour.

This place was a nightmare. If I could give this place no stars I would. This is a prejudice place of workers at the service desk we were discriminated as soon as we arrived. If I could give this place no stars I would. We had to take our disabled sister to 5th floor to give us a King bed for 4 sisters to sleep on when my reservation was for 2 standard beds. I was told I reserved for 1 bed and there was no room available for beds we'd have to take that room or go elsewhere. I explained our sister is disabled it took us 4hours to get here and now were supposed to drive back this late at night in the dark another 4hours luckily I pulled up my reservations confirming it was for 2 beds and then they found a room with 2beds. elevator down and we had to use the bag trolley instead to sit her on ot to het back to the floor 1 for the correct room.The room had bath towels for 2 people only and they did not supply us with clean towels while we were there had to get toilet paper at service desk when upon leaving we saw housekeeping with clean towels. Theres alot more I can't go into details. The only good thing was the Security Guards helped us with the baggage trolley to get pur sister out of the elevator and pushed her to the new room and helped us get her onto the bed. To both of the Security Men me and my sisters are very grateful for all your help it is greatly appreciated by us all. So much more to add but I'll reach out to site I booked with. Stay away from this place !!

My recent stay at the Red Roof Inn was disappointing. Upon arrival, I got there about 15 minutes before the official check-in time, only to be told I needed to wait another 45 minutes before I could check in. This delay completely disrupted my plans, as I was hoping to get settled, freshen up, and head to an event. Instead, I had to get ready in my car, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. Additionally, the property advertises itself as a smoke-free hotel, yet there was a noticeable smell of smoke upon entry. This was very off-putting and took away from the overall experience. Overall, my stay did not meet expectations due to the check-in delay and the lack of a truly smoke-free environment.
