Bad hotel room, which we would not recommend.

The service was nice and accommodating, but we headed to our room and within a few minutes we heard a dripping noise and headed to the bathroom. Turns out water had leaked from the ceiling into the bathroom and was making our bathroom wet, not the best. First experience it took a few minutes for maintenance to Come to our room. And when they did, they gave us the option to clean it up or get a new room we opted for a new room and in our new room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. Eventually, she was somewhat accommodating and said that we could switch rooms. The next room once we had finally gotten to

There was a big cockroach in our room hours after checking in and my husband and I decided not to stay. We complained and asked for a refund and they didn’t give us one.
