The place is nice, but the walls are super thin, we were awaken several times during the nights due to the guests above us. When I tried to reach out to be moved I was redirected to 3 different people with absolutely no resolve. I will not be back.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. There were dead bugs all over the floor and in the bathroom. Took 24 hrs to even get intouch with someone. Then they really were not very helpful. Never this one again!

If traveling to this hotel, know that it's not the Hilton. It has all the basics, was clean and updated. Weve always had good luck with Keys as a company. Advice: make sure you have, or get a link with the room assignment and access code PRIOR to arrival. There isn't any office, and that information should be texted or emailed to you before arrival. just saying )

Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable worst is using slated shade instead of curtains as the bright outdoor exterior lights from the hotel make it nearly impossible to sleep due to bright lights pouring into the room maybe get curtains and rearrange the room so bed isn’t next to the large window.
