Staff was very pleasant and friendly. I didn't eat there, but the coffee/beverage bar was very well stocked with a variety of selections and coffee was fresh and hot. My room was very nice and I got fresh towels and cleaning each day. The hotel was very accommodating for comfort. It was also easy access from the interstate.

the place is run down a lot. the first room smelled with a strong perfume, the second try the key would not work, the third try the room was not made and the fourth we stayed in but the fire alarm was missing.

Staff was awesome. The room was terrible. The shower head was broken. The couch was ripped, the pull out. Sofa was broken. The\nHallway floor felt like there was a hole in it.And the community coffee tasted like hot water. the full breakfast was terrible

Generally very nice! Building a little older but pretty well kept. Heat/Air unit noisy and runs constantly unless you turn it off…which we did! This is a free standing room unit, NOT central H&A.

For those like me who read through the reviews to get a feel for how bad it may actually be, let me tell you to go ahead and NOT book here. I’ve stayed here several times in the past and felt it was a good stay with fair rates if you were looking to budget. Something must have happened in the last couple of years because this room was miserable to stay in. Let me say this, the staff were lovely and no problems there at all! However, the room itself was horrendous. I may as well have stayed in a ratty motel. The second we walked in it was stale and the air was shockingly oppressive. The air was completely turned off and the thermostat was very much torn up. Thankfully after much finagling, we were able to turn it on and drop the temp. I wish that was the last of the woes. One wall was shoddily patched and was quite the eyesore (not a huge issue but one to note). Pretty much all the walls and all of the furniture were damaged,and on their last legs. The night stand had a broken drawer so instead of actually fixing this, they decided to put a wadded tissue paper tucked into the top of the drawer to keep it shut. Also had used napkins inside and a gob of gunk on top of the stand. The light switches for the bed were literally falling out of the wall (seems safe.) The bathroom had mold all over and the ceiling was bubbling from moisture damage. Dust everywhere. Overall, avoid because we were sick the whole stay thanks to this room—eyes swollen, sinuses stuffed, coughing, headaches.
