Great centrally located hotel. Easy to get in and around town. We ran out of toilet paper as there was no extra and room was not really clean as if it had not been vacuumed but beds were nice and bathroom too

We loved our stay at this hotel and will look forward to the next opportunity to book it. It’s super clean from the outside grounds, to the lobby and dining areas, to the room. I was surprised to find out it is a just a few years old. I thought it was brand new. The room was the perfect size for two and the mattress and pillows are were very comfortable. I liked the brand of shampoo, conditioner body wash and lotion provided. The only thing I would change is the Keurig coffee maker. I understand that it is probably convenient but Keurig is a very unhealthy way to make coffee and it also creates lots of environmental waste. The pods are also really expensive. I’ll just bring my portable coffee maker next time I visit.

First the heater in the suite didn't work so we were moved to a room. Next, morning the restaurant was closed for breakfast...no reason given. The next night the restaurant was closed for dinner... Not a great experience.

We stay here often. It’s safe and clean. Friendly staff. Right across from the USM campus. Easy parking. And you can walk out the door, across the parking lot, and get to many restaurants. Easy peasy. It’s pet friendly so we love that. My son can walk over from campus and join us. I do wish it had free breakfast just for convenience. But we always just walk over to the Midtowner and get an incredibly delicious breakfast over there. You can find nearby hotels that are less expensive. But we think it is worth the little bit extra to stay here.
