The door locks were not working so the front desk had to let us into our rooms if we went out. The front desk said they knew for a few days and still tool reservations knowing that the guests could not get in and out of there rooms. Terrible, property is run down and not in good condition but Expedia said it had an excellent rating. Very misleading. I’m going to request a refund: they didn’t even give us a receipt!

This was our second stay there. Always very easy check-in, staff is always very friendly and polite. We came a little earlier in the day this time, Wakeeney is a neat little town.
