Needs maintenance and upgrades. More communication with patrons. I had to sign a waiver for $150 for smoking or pet damage when the room we stayed in was permeated with smoke & the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. What a joke! However, when I complained about the dirty bathtub, they were willing to move us. We were too tired & road weary to move things,so housekeeping cleaned the bathtub & toilet for us. I do give them an A for effort.

Room was clean, but shower handles were unclean looking. The sink drain was rusty. Bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows for a king bed.

The property is very noisy, there is rust in the tub, the air conditioning doesn't work very well, the remote for the TV doesn't work so there is only one volumn. The breakfast is nice but not much variety. The pool is dirty and not maintained very well.

Very friendly staff… unfortunately the rooms were very run down. sink and bathtub had broken handles . gnats coming up out of sink drain … room obviously had been painted in last few years but they dribbled pain across bathroom floor and across sink area around toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in a few years…. pet kibble all around carpet and sink area

The room was not clean we had a graduation party to go to the person at front desk said they would come back and clean herself if she had to I also talked to a regular cleaning lady about it they never came and cleaned we came back around 10pm sad hair and pee stains on the bathroom floor mirrors never been cleaned dirt and trash around edge of walls never had been vacuumed for a long time need to check up on your employees place is old and rundown inside and outside take pride in your place we paid enough for the room feels like the owner just wants the money and cares less about everything else have family around there will not stay there again

Nice!

This was a great place for a one-night stay. Bed was comfortable and it was relatively quiet (we always take our own fan). Stairs were daunting for me with my hands full, but no big deal for my husband! Ha. The breakfast was especially good!!
