Pleasant stay. The hotel needs additional elevators, room has been redone. Everything was clean. Sloppy remodel but still updated. Bed quality not ideal. Pillow quality could have been better by not the worst. Price point good. Would stay again

They gave us a room upgrade👍. Loved the 24/7 free coffee, tea and hot water in the lobby and cookies too! They also had a very good breakfast Only negative was even though each of the three floors had an ice machine, only one was working.

Friendly faces, excellent customer service, and easy check-in/-out. Every team-member was welcoming, friendly, and helpful (including the cheerful breakfast hostess!) Everything was clean and comfortable. We were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary & have been coming to Helen since our 25th. This was one of our very best stays!

Pulled in on my way up north. Friendly staff. Overall pretty good stay. There was a hot tub in the same room as the bed that had some obvious wear and tear. Not sure if I was placed in the honeymoon suite or something. Lol.
