There was absolutely no housekeeping and when asked about service upon returnibg to the room was tod it was customer resposibilty to ask housekeeping for towels

It’s definitely not the best breakfast as some reviews stated..we actually went somewhere else to eat breakfast..hotel is close to all activities in Helen .Just an average hotel, and good for just a night or so stay .

Great quiet location

It’s was nice room. Jet tub worked great. Great hot water. Microwave wasn’t very good at heating up food. The shower head moved around too much. It’s close to great restaurant and a small walk away from town. Quiet and close to small park which has benches to sit in watch river flow. Great trip.

We enjoyed our stay in Helen. The hotel was located within easy walking distance to the heart of the city. There were many children at breakfast which made eating in the dining area a little uncomfortable.
