The staff is very nice. Especially the kind woman who checked us in the late afternoon. She even upgraded our room! It was such a nice gesture. I highly recommend this hotel. I thought the breakfast was great as well and breakfast staff did a great job.

Upon arriving very tired, Dora checked us in. She was very kind, made you feel like your family! The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. I would recommend to anyone going to Helen, GA! I will definitely stay again when I go to Heen!

Front desk employee was amazing. She checked us in and also printed/shared the history of Helen. She was very sweet. The breakfast employee was also sweet and polite. The building is outdated in places, it can use an outdoor facelift ans new windows. The pool area can use some fresh paint and a good pool cleaning and painting update. The bathrooms were clean and updated. The room were clean, but can also use some updated paint and fresh flooring. We wish we had more time to explore the history and visit shops.
