The place double booked me..then told me when i arrived they didn’t have a room … they could have told me days ahead of time..I had an email confirmation of my stay as well..I spoke to the general manager and he told me it’s not their fault.. it was “a computer glitch”… he was very unprofessional for a general manager…and they still charged my credit card!!!

Not my ideal accommodations. The room was small with two full size beds crowded in it. There was no phone and the security lock on the door was broken and useless. The room wreaked of stale cigarettes. Bathroom looked clean but toilet had some difficulty flushing. The lady at the desk was helpful and had a pleasant personality.

Mattress smelled like urine. Room below was trashed. Looked like homeless people had spent a couple weeks squatting in it. Old Mattress in parking area that people were driving over. Would not recommend.

I stayed at this property before, but the condition of it has gone down over the years. I realize the property owners are probably trying to keep costs down since there seemed to be people long-term living there, but they need to work on some upgrades. The subfloor in my room was very spongy, and I wasn't sure that I was not going to step through the floor. When I got up in the night to use the bathroom, when I turned the light on, there were bugs in the bathroom. The outside of the property could use a good cleaning, especially of the high touch traffic areas (handrails specifically).

The parking is terrible. The air conditioning in my room does not work at all. It runs, but does not cool. The front desk was blaze and complacent and lazy. The room below me, was having some kind of drug episode: window wide open and was flipping and flopping around on the floor semi-clothed and was flinging furniture around. His room was in total disarray. Called the front desk, and the guy working called an ambulance.

I would not stay at this hotel again even if it were offered to me for free. We walked into the room, took one look around, and left within minutes to stay at another hotel nearby (Days Inn — clean, neat, and safe, just a few minutes away). From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we felt unsafe. There were sketchy individuals lingering around, and the whole place had the atmosphere of drug activity or other suspicious behavior. The staff at check-in was unprofessional — a young teenager barely spoke a word, and the lobby itself was dirty and unwelcoming. The condition of the room was absolutely unacceptable. It smelled horrible, the counters and bathroom were filthy, and the bedding looked like it hadn’t been washed in months. The sheets were stained, and the carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed in over a year. We didn’t even bother telling the front desk we were leaving because we knew there was no chance of getting a refund. I’m not usually picky when it comes to quick overnight stays during travel, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’d rather pay three times the price than ever return to this place.

So dirty, and the pool looks like it’s been out of service for years! This is the old Motel 6 and they’re trying to make it seem like a nice place. This is well known for its drug and criminal activity, it is incredibly dirty, smells horrible, and is very unsafe. The guy at the desk pretended to be the owner and denied my refund, when I told him I wouldn’t stay there. After he ran my card for 6 nights, without asking me first…the actual owner got on the phone and offered me a refund minus one night. Do. Not. Stay. Here.

Negatives: Carpets dirty, burn holes and several stains on bed spread, dark substance splashed on walls and dripped down, and heat/air unit was rusted and very loud and difficult to regulate, deadbolt would not work, lamp shade above bed was crushed on one side, Shower curtain held up with zip ties; property had several trash cans, but bags of trash piled around overflowing cans all 3 days. July 3 and pool was empty except for dark green sludge on the bottom. Sign stated “closed for winter”. We didn’t feel we even wanted to try breakfast… the lobby was not clean, had trash on the floor in the vending machine room and lobby area. Positives: K bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean and good working order. Staff was nice. I thought I was getting a great deal through Expedia for a good room. Photos on the site were very deceptive, nothing like actual property. We were extremely disappointed. I’ve paid similar prices at much higher quality bargain properties.
