Tall male staff member through a toddler sized fit about us pulling up front (where you’re supposed to) to check in. We have a big truck but there was plenty of room to get by. He had an immediate terrible attitude towards us and just couldn’t hold onto his bitter comments. Maybe if their small parking lot had more than 1 exit/entrance (seems like a safety issue) it wouldn’t be an issue. Our room had dust and hair all over the floors and in corners and fruit flies came from the bathroom sink. The night before checkout we asked the short male employee how late we could check out without an extra charge due to us sharing 1 vehicle and having small children. He told us before 1pm. When I called this morning to let them know, a female staff member laughed and said 11:30: or we would be charged. So now I get to haul down our bags and my 1 year old and 3 year old and sit in the lobby until my husband is done with his job. What a joke of a hotel.
