They gave away my room even after I confirmed late check-in by phone. Had to sleep on pullout sofa torture “bed” with urine stained pad(mattress?). Finally got what I’d reserved for nites 2&3. Also, no maid device

I thought the linen was very clean and comfortable. Previous drain issues with the sink made me nervous. The sink was not clean. It had toothpaste, tissue residue, and someone's beard hair trimmings all stuck to the sink bowl. Upon investigation, the issue was that the sink P trap was clogged and the sink would not drain properly. I feel like the room steward should have recognized the problem and reported the maintenance issue to management. Other than that, the room was comfortable and acceptable.

When we arrived at the staff was fantastic and we got checked in right away, but when we got to our room, there was trash on the floor. The soap in the bathroom was open and used, and there are the blood stain on the white comforter on the bed so we went downstairs we got a new room. We went up to the new room and that one also had dirty blankets and sheets on the bed. I was able to scrape off something with my room key And at that point, we just asked for a refund and went to a different hotel.

At check-in, we were assisted by Chris. Great customer service! Evidently the hotel overbooked the king room, so we were upgraded to a king suite at no charge. The facility and the room were clean. I'm taking off 1 star because the parking lot and entrance area have lots of lose rocks so if someone is not careful they'll turn an ankle or trip.

We booked this particular hotel because it had a hot tub unfortunately it was in operable during the whole week of our stay we never ever got our rooms made. If we wanted fresh towels we had to hunt down the guy with the cart never got any more shampoo every morning at 6 o’clock somebody started a generator in the adjacent property

We had a wonderful stay! The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Plus, the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

The hotel is what you would expect for the location and price. Not a bad stay at all. However my one complaint was the pervasive smell of marijuana. We came into the lobby on Friday night after our sporting events to a strong smell as though the weed had been smoked in the lobby itself…very strong and my kids were very uncomfortable. For a no smoking establishment, there was definitely something going on inside the hotel.

This was probably the most comfortable hotel that I have stayed in. I was incredibly surprised to see real tile, marble, and a non-plastic shower/tub insert. Thank you, Baymont by Wyndham Helena, if I ever have an opportunity to stay in a hotel in Helena again, I will definitely choose your hotel. 5 stars!

Hotel was nice and bed was definitely comfortable. Pool was cold so that was disappointing as I booked it so my daughter could swim and the hot tub was being repaired. But other then that is was a great place to stay

I really liked the hotel and the staff. We needed an extra bed and they got the roll in bed maneuvered in there. It was a tight fit but they did it for us and didn't make me feel like a bother.
