Ended up making an unplanned stop for the night. Only needed a few hours sleep before getting back on the road so didn’t expect anything fancy for the price. I do however expect things to be clean, which they were not. Starting in the elevator going up to our room there was an old towel on the floor. Which was still there at checkout the following morning, it was just kicked onto the floor of the lobby. There was boogers on the bathroom wall, and yellow liquid streaks on the back of the bathroom door. Hair in the tub, that I would’ve felt just as dirty showering in so I waited till we got to our destination to shower. Had it not have been the middle of the night, after our kids were asleep I’d have found another place to go. Thankfully the most important part and only positive thing I have to say was that I did not find bed bugs, which I always check for first.
The towel that was still on the floor the next morning.

TV channels not working properly. Staff attempted to assist but not successful. Fitness center closed for renovations but it looks like closed for good. Heating cooling systems not excellent. Good basic breakfast. Excellent, helpful staff working hard to keep the hotel going. Overall satisfactory but there are better places for less money.

You wouldn’t want to stay here, no matter how badly you need, the place is dirty, chairs and blankets were itchy. I was passing from montana to Wyoming, thought of how bad it could be for one night. If i knew the property condition i would not stay even one hour!!!

Room itself was clean. Hallway and all exterior spaces were not. No good place to take your dog when outside. Cigarette butts everywhere and no outside maintenance had been done in a while. But the clincher the shower. Water dribbled out of the showerhead. The plumbing for the shower head was obviously not done correctly because the shower head freely moved. The rub did not drain, so I was standing in 6 inches of water at the end of my sad, unsatisfying shower.

Service is good, cleanliness is not.

Room was not vacuumed or swept. The bathroom had soooo much on the floor. Hair in the shower. Toothpaste on the mirror. Broken faucet. Main lights didn’t work in room. Bed frames super dusty. Window had major crack in it and was not secure at all.

Waited 20 minutes before someone came to the front desk. Called the number provided on a sign twice with no answer. Finally reached out to Expedia. They were also unable to reach anyone. Desk clerk said they were in the laundry room. You could see everywhere on the camera mknitors. I managed a front desk at a Super 8. That phone and guests come first period. Laundry can wait. Would HIGHLY recommend NOT staying at this establishment. A manager was on the phone with the desk clerk as he was threatening to call the cops on my SO and I. Thankfully Expedia came through for us. NEVER AGAIN!!!
