Highly recommended. Online Service is good, room is clean and spacious. Location is convenient, they have supermarket, spa, restaurant in the building. I have a great time here.

Supertrevlig lägenhet, allt man behövde fanns och lite till! Hemtrevligt och fräscht. Smidig in- och utcheckning. Både Alko och en 24h öppet matbutik fanns i samma byggnad så man behövde inte ens gå ut för att handla, perfekt när det var snöstorm och -12 grader. Rekommenderar! Kommer absolut bo här vid nästa Helsingfors-resa!

The room was nice - spacious and very modern (not my preference, but I think for Scandinavians it would feel homey). My only complaint was the staff never responded to my question about how to use the oven as a microwave (the provided directions did not specify) and there was no way to control the temperature in the room apart from opening a window (much too warm). But very spacious and loved having in-room laundry.

Clean, comfy room. Would’ve been nice to be able to adjust the temperature ourselves though apart from the radiator knob. Natural duvets instead of synthetic would have been preferable too to avoid this hot, burning feeling from synthetics

Great location right next to the tram stop, very convenient for getting around. The studio is spacious for two people and comes with excellent amenities. I did have some trouble contacting the hotel via Expedia, as the messaging function didn’t seem to work, but I was able to reach them on WhatsApp eventually. They were very helpful and responsive on WhatsApp.

Small apartment but it was well equipped and comfortable. Communication was good but found it a little daunting having to negotiate app for check in etc. however the concierge who was there during the week was extremely helpful and very obliging. On a tram line with only a few stops to town which was very easy to negotiate. I did request an upgrade long before we checked in which showed in app but only a few days before checking in, the upgrade had disappeared from the app. When I checked, I was told that it wasn’t available. However after check in I received several emails requesting payment for the upgrade. This was sorted by the concierge but would have been easier if there was a traditional reception, I do understand though, this is how prices are kept lower. All in all, value for money

Convenient location & stay.

I stayed in 2 types of room: standard studio & family style (when my friend was with me) - I prefer the family style the best bc it’s more spacious. My furnace wasn’t working in the standard studio so had to ask for a portable heater which wasn’t avail til 3rd night. Nonetheless the kitchen and apt style is very conevenient and in the ground floor is a 24 hour grocery store. Within building is a pizzeria and sushi restaurant. Walking distance to cathedral and sky wheel (or train stops up front) … Mattress is comfy but wish there was a foam pillow option. But they think of everything including yoga mats in school. If you book here don’t forget to log out of your Apps/Subscritions - which every person seemed to forget to do
