Kiinteistöön oli helppo löytää perille, ainoastaan parkkipaikan löytäminen oli tuottaa tuskaa, sillä paikat eivät olleet täysin loogisessa järjestyksessä. Ovikoodin avulla pääsimme helposti rakennukseen sisälle. Rappukäytävät ja hissit olivat karmeat, mutta ei tietenkään olennaista tässä tapauksessa. Huoneistoon sisään astuessa ensivaikutelma oli positiivinen. Kivan mallinen pohja, yleissiisti, hiljattain uusittu keittiö, siistit huonekalut ym. Parveke oli myös siisti ja osittainen näkymä merelle. Ainoastaan läkkäämpi kylpyhuone ja kosteudesta turvonneet lastulevykaapit laskivat hieman viihtyvyyttä.
