The facility was a beauty in itself It is close to waterfront attractions and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I just wish breakfast started earlier to allowed the clients to eat and catch their tours which often start early.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, and very relaxing. Great location for exploring Helsinki with most tourist hotspots in walkable distance and great views of the harbour. Rooms are comfortable and the staff were very helpful! Great buffet breakfast options and the sauna and rooftop bar were great!

Solo Sokos Pier 4 is a wonderful experience all around. Wonderful breakfast and staff with an amazing 360° view from the rooftop bar Humu. Easy walking distance to the public marketplace, transportation and sea shuttle to Suomenlinna.

Modern comfort

Handsomely designed hotel. Wide choice for breakfast. Beautiful rooftop garden and bar with views out toward the water. I felt that too many locked doors inside the hotel required using the digital room card. Piped-in music in the corridors was appropriately soft, with added birdcalls. But it never varied and after several days I tired of hearing it. Noise level in rooms low and A/C helped with the hear wave.
