I loved staying at Pier 4. It was just a few minutes walk from the harbor front where you could get ferries and also boat tours. Lovely roof top gardens and bar. If I visit Helsinki again I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else!

The room exceeded my expectations. It was comfortable and had a lot of extras like various lighting options, stylish design and was spacious. The high ceilings and tall windows made it feel even more spectacular. It had all the amenities and was in a great location.

The hotel is new and all decor is fresh and contemporary. Breakfasts were great with lots of choice and local food. Staff were very helpful. Rooms very clean. Highly recommended

New hotel in a great location. Room service would do "superficial" cleaning (tidying the bed, replacing towels, replenshing coffee) and that's it. I stayed for a week and they never bothered to vaccum the floor, wipe the desk, clean the sink, or change bed sheets. Breakfast was ok but it's basic and needs more variety.

Excellent new property, very clean and modern. Very comfortable bed, although the bedding was a little too much if you like to sleep cool. Breakfast was good, a better fruit selection would be welcomed. Super close to a tram stop and very walkable area.

Todella siis ja hieno hotelli. Huoneet eivät ehkä ole kaikkein persoonallisimmat mutta kuitenkin yllättävän tilavat vaikka meillä taisi olla pienin mahdollinen kahden hengen huone. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy huoneesta ja mahtuu vaikka ison matkalaukun kanssa. Kattoterassi on todella mukava ja ravintola myös erinomainen. Lähellä keskustaa, kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta.

Sisäänkirjautuminen hotellilla oli erityisen ystävällinen ja avulias. Saimme suosituksia kattoterassista sejä minbaarin sisällöstä ja aamiaisenkin osalta saimme tietoja. Hotellin design oli mitä mahtavin omaan makuun. Paikat oli siistissä kunnossa ja harmonia oli täydellinen materiaalien pintojen, värien ja puuosien osalta. Kaikki oli tyylikästä, puhdasta ja huolella suunniteltua. Ympäristöystävällisyysasiat oli otettu huomioon joka puolella. Huoneen materiaalit olivat laadukkaita ja pesuaineet olivat Rituals, joten ei valittamista. Aamiainen oli paras mitä olemme saaneet ja kokemuksia monesta aamupalasta monessa eri paikassa löytyy. Ainoa huono asia mikä tulee mieleen on mummonkurkut, jotka eivät kyllä maistuneet, mutta kaikki muu oli priimaa.
