The beds are very comfortable and the linens are great. The bathrooms need updating and maintenance and the continental breakfast is very average. The staff were friendly and professional. We were disappointed the pool was empty and had been undergoing maintenance for some time. We likely would have booked elsewhere if we were made aware there wasn’t a pool available.

The breakfast every morning was a great bonus. The rooms were clean and quiet. Location was perfect to shoppung and dining. The price was great. Our only issue was that housekeeping didn't get to our room a couple days and we had to ask for clean towels. (Which were promptly supplied so all good) i would book again for sure.

5 star when it comes to staff, ease of check in and easy location to stop for the night. However, a trio of issues after checking in late were very very tiring and frustrating. The phone or the front desk in the room did not work..corded but inoperable. So I had to keep trekking down to first floor to get help for: 1. get my BATHROOM door UNLOCKED!! 2. Find out where the ICE machine is located. No map, no info and after trekking thru all hallways and floors it turns out to be on the far end of 1 hallway!! Take this all with a grain of salt and maybe a lesson not to check in after midnight. However, it’s also an easy fix. Put a number where the disconnected phone is and tell people at check in where the ice is. staff was great…but the fact that they were not accessible(phone # went on to reservations) other than in person was not their fault, but is an easy fix:)

I loved the cucumber scent in the bathroom. Everything was clean. I would come back. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool had no water. Their website never said that. Next time i would just call.
