Location is convenient for those interested in area attraction--outlet mall and right off highway--but property is in middle of a renovation. Probably will be lovely when that's done! Meanwhile, plastic sheeting and boxes in lobby. Wear-and-tear in property show need for renovation so, again, will probably be great when this is done

Not our usual experience

We got there at 2:35 PM; there were no cars in the parking lot. But they would not let us check in until 3 unless we paid a penalty of $50. So we waited and came back 25 minutes later. The person that greeted us then was so much friendlier and kind… We also had NO INTERNET as advertised. Trying to work remotely was an extreme challenge. We selected this hotel because it offered WiFi, but it was not working. Very disappointing. We have stayed here before and would like to stay here again, but this was not a good experience…

The shower was clogged and would flood instantly. They moved us into a new room and there seems to be the same problem across the whole hotel. Staff was great, breakfast was fine, location is good.
