Horrible place to stay

The rooms were dirty we rented 2rooms. Had to change our room 2time due to electrical problems. Pool was closed no running water in the public area men’s restrooms

The room smelled, bathroom tub was cracked and rusty. The property in general was in disrepair. 10 years ago it was a fairly decent property. I won’t be returning.

What a Dump!!

Hotel says under renovations. Dirty, stained carpets. Pool closed. Ice makers on all floors not in operation. Lobby was not heated, freezing cold. Free Breakfast is only coffee and a muffin. Tub in room had big crack with rust all around it. Only a sheet and one light blanket on the bed.

Dissatisfied with this room

Paid over a hundred dollars for a jacuzzi room thinking we would have a good experience. Never noted pool was closed, the original room we reserved wouldn’t let us in first time attempting key card. Went down to front desk got 2 new key cards came all the way back up and still didn’t get in with those key cards. So we got moved to a room that needed so much renovations done. Only 1 light in the room worked. The other lamps had no bulbs. Then we wanted to shower before checking out. Had to call front desk for more towels. Waited 20 min and had to call a second time for house keeping to bring them. Went to use the shower the drain in clogged. There’s an unwanted amount of bugs flying in the bathroom which looked like Nats. Last but not least. Our phone in our room wasn’t even connected to call the front desk. Disappointed with the service and cleanliness all together.

The only good thing about this place is the price. They blame renovations. I blame a complete lack of cleanliness. Front desk staff was nice, other than that a complete dumpster fire.

Gross! And pool was closed!

I would like to start by saying the staff was very friendly and tried to help as much as possible. I reserved this hotel specifically for the pool and restaurant, both of which were closed when we arrived. The entire hotel was dirty. We had 3 rooms and one had to be switched 4 times due to the toilet not working in one and heat not working in others. I am attempting to attach pictures of how gross it was, but that does not appeear to be working.

Hotel is undergoing renovations. Lower-rate rooms are not yet renovated. Room was clean but definitely also old. Completely adequate for a quick overnight stay at a good rate.
