This is an amazing property and I can't wait to see what they do with the renovations! Great location near the expressway. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. We were unaware the hotel is under renovations at the time of booking - the listing is not updated. Although there is much work to be done here the building itself is amazing. It feels rather unfair to be rating the hotel during this time - the mattress was super comfortable and the room was very clean. Hopefully the renovations will really show off this gem.

Could've been awesome

The property has a lot of potential. It is dated, but currently going through a renovation. This was undisclosed until arrival. Due to the renovation, the super cool indoor pool/hot tub common area was closed. Fortunately I had reserved the jacuzzi suite, so I still had the jacuzzi tub in room. As for the jacuzzi tub, it was really nice, but could use a step to help getting in. Im 6'4" and I could barely step over the side. My GF had a near impossible take of climbing in. Overall, if im in the area again, Id like to check it out again after the renovation, but for now it should be a pass.

My room didn’t have functioning heat or a functioning night latch. As this was a mother daughter trip, I shouldn’t have concerns when my kiddo is sleeping. They do say they are doing renovations, but if you know many rooms have issues why wouldn’t they be checked prior to placing anyone in them. I told them and no offer for a new room. The warmest our room got was 62 degrees. I guess that’s better than outside at 27 degrees.

I'd definitely again after renovation

Last minute reservation, we went to check in and were advised the pool heater was out and the part would not be repaired within our stay. Asking if we wanted to continue our stay which we accepted, staff was friendly. The pool area and gathering area was beautiful. But the entire facility is under renovation and I believe this facility has a lot of potential after it is finished. The room was ok. It had not been part of the renovation yet so some items definitely need repaired or updated. The alarm clock on the table wasn't working and no plug available to use it. Lamps and lightning were hit and miss. We did not try to use the fridge, microwave so i'm unsure of their functionality. Arcade was a nice feature but no change machine only an ATM and claw machine was mostly empty. Breakfast options were limited to muffins and a piece of fruit. Only drink option was coffee which did not work for my kiddo so we stopped at the gas station below to grab him a drink. Overall a lot of potential, i'd stay again especially after the renovation is completed.

The pool was shut down and we have children we were never notified about that the out side security doors wires hanging so anyone can walk in ice machine was out of order buckets in hallway with water leaking I travel a lot with my family and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in
