THE HYDRAULICS ON MOST DOORS WERE BROKEN WHICH RESULTED IN BANGING DOORS ALL NIGHT.DIRTY ALL OVER.TOE NAIL CLIPPINGS IN BATHROOM AND HAIR ALL OVER SHOWER AND OUTSIDE OF FRIDGE SPLATTERED WITH GREASE...ALTHOUGH THE INSIDE WAS FAIRLY CLEAN.STAFF NOT AVAILABLE.SPENT 20 MIN JUST STANDING AT DESK.I CALLED FROM INSIDE THE LOBBY AND PHONE JUST RANG...TV DID NOT WORK FOR 2 DAYS.THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY TECH.ASK FOR DISCOUNT WHEN THE TV DIDNT WORK...NOTHING...OXYGEN BOTTLES IN HALLWAY. ON MY 2ND STAY THE A/C IN MY ROOM WAS LOUDER THAN TV YOU HAVE MY STAY DATES PLEASE CALL

Good Value for My Money

Accomodating, courteous, friendly staff. Clean rooms, well-maintained. Safe area. Property is located in an ideal location right across from CVS, Fresh World and next to AVIS rental car, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, 7-11. Less than a mile from Chipotle and major banks, and other brand retailers.

Good value for my.money

Great location within 2 to 5 minutes walking distance to national brand retailers like CVS, 7-11, McDonald's. Pizza Hut, Chipotle, AVIS car rental, Fresh World. Convenient public transportation to metro. Front desk staff and housekeeping was accomodating, courteous, and friendly. Room kept cleaned. Comfortable mattress.

Traveling from PA for a wedding booked rooms month advance once arrived rooms were not ready Elevator not working no rooms available on 1 flr staff rude felt like a homeless shelter Inconvenience not booking ever again with the them.

This hotel is like one star and it is not worth the price. The bathroom water was not shutting off completely. The room was smelly, the front desk was not available and took long to check in. Breakfast is not really full breakfast. The windows don’t lock, the fridge makes a lot of noise. The quality is very low and overpriced.

Awful experience, the elevator was not working and they gave us the top floor despite us having two family members who could not go up the stairs due to health issues. Disappointed with Expedia as well to not help us get a refund because they “can’t get through” to the property… further homage to extended of not being helpful at all to their customers. Miserable experience and utter disappointment with the service from extended. Additionally room was not ready even though we were there 1.5hrs after check in, dirty floors and lobby and seemed do be one of those homeless shelters. Will never book here again.
