The room was nice. The staff was nice. I did not have hot water for 2 days. I kept letting the front desk know and they kept telling me they would have it fixed. It never happened. I ended up checking out early and going to another hotel to have hot water. I had two co workers in a different room that had “hot water” but it was luke warm at best. You could have only the hot water on and still be cold after the shower/washing hands.
