Poor Condition & Safety ; WORST BREAKFAST

Receptionist was kind and helpful that was the only good thing. POOR SAFETY ! The balcony door lock was half broken and door was opening on ground floor kids couldn’t sleep well bc they didnt feel safe . BATHROOM DOOR LOCK was broke as well it was not closing properly . CONDITION IS SO POOR and old .. carpets furniture beds all so old they all have to be replaced bc looks so dirty and unhealthy. WORST COFFEE AND BREAKFAST: actually there was no breakfast they had only regular bagels and cereal. There is no breakfast . WORST COFFEE EVER the coffee was not filtered and it was like they put some coffee flavor in a tap water it was disgusting all the other visitors also agreed and everyone put their coffees to garbage… we also told the young guy with glasses who was the receptionist on day time I told him that’s not a coffee it’s a warm water with flavor that’s not fair ! Just don’t do it .

Rooms are really clean pool is clean, and the Hershey park is only 4 minutes away and the price is affordable I enjoyed I highly recommend it!!

We stayed for one night and overall everything was good. We got a room towards the front main road and it can be loud at times in the night. Also wish they can add more to the light breakfast don’t mind pay a little extra for that.

Asked for handicapped room, handicapped parking , pet friendly . Room was down a flight of stairs, had to park at the end of the building and walk to the other end of the building to the room. Parking lot was very icy. Rooms are not pet friendly. Only had ice cold water, no hot water. Answer from the desk was ,” Thanks for letting us know. “ The room was clean and comfortable. But getting into it was very difficult.
