Nice property, small rooms. Had a couple people drinking and yelling at each other most of the night including in the lobby bathroom. Really wish the staff would have done something about this but they didn’t say anything to them.

My worst experience ever

This was, without a doubt, my worst experience. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by the lack of cleanliness. The furniture was dirty and stained in several places, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Additionally, a strong, unpleasant odor lingered throughout the space. It was so off-putting that I found it difficult to relax or feel comfortable. Given these circumstances, I can confidently say that I will never return.

Couldn’t be give or purchase a glass of milk in the evening upon arrival. Upon arrival there were homeless people or people strung out on drugs in the parking lot. We felt very unsafe with our children with us

The staff was friendly and easy to book. My room was very dusty and not properly clean. The pillowcases were stained, I brought my own pillows and blankets as you never know what shape these hotels will be in. The hotel is close to the park which is great.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming, which made check-in and my overall experience very pleasant. While the hotel is a bit dated, it was clean and well-maintained. There was a mild water smell upon arrival, but it wasn’t overwhelming. I appreciated the convenience of having great dining options just a short drive away, and food delivery services were able to bring meals right to my room. Overall, a solid stay with excellent service and convenience.

Overall, great stay. Had an issue with our TV and someone came within 5 minutes to fix it. The hotel was convenient to Hershey Park, parking was a breeze, and the room has everything we needed for all the more time we spent. Everyone was helpful. Breakfast was nice but very limited seating and a policy to not take to your room, so we didn't get to utilize the breakfast option.

Good for the price and location to Hershey Park

Good hotel for families going to Hershey Park, just a few minutes away from the park. For $74 per night, this was a good choice for a short stay to go to Hershey Park. PROS: Large rooms, clean surfaces, convenient, very close to Hershey Park, free breakfast, great price compared to other hotels in the area. CONS: Carpet could use a refresh, hallways and lobby had a musty smell (and maybe dog smell), but the room didn't smell, the free breakfast felt like vultures circling around you (not the best atmosphere), the coffee was like motor oil, parking was inadequate and tight.

Our family of 5 has traveled a lot and we usually try to stay at condo rentals for space and comfortable sleeping arrangements - this is the first hotel room that feels it adequately fits us all. I would definitely recommend this place for families with children.

The property was clean but was obviously undergoing some construction. Vending machines did not take cards and change was not available from the front desk on the night we checked in. The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous.
