I did like the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast was suitable but it would be nice if it changed up a little bit each day. But the staff was unresponsible to request my phone was out in my room. Room I requested that it be checked or fixed never responded

It was pretty evident that things were not kept up to standard. As far as maintenance repairs go. Breakfast was very good. Place was clean.. The desk clerk who was on the evening we checked in was very nice and accommodating.

Arrived and noone at desk to check us in. Waited about 10 minutes for anyone to help us. When they did show up we realized it was one of the same 2 ladies we saw outside smoking as we came in. Once she was there she was very helpful, and then the room key card did not work, so i had to go back and have her reprogram it and then it worked

Horrible experience. It was a late night stop with kids and a non-refundable booking. We had to switch rooms bc the smoke detector was in pieces on the desk, shower stall had a big hole in it...just creepy. The staff couldn't understand why i needed to switch rooms. Elevator didn't work properly. Staff was absent from the front desk on 2 occasions. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! We did stay at a Microtel in Beckley WV that was lovely with clean rooms, charming staff and a decent breakfast.

More than adequate.

Not a new property, for sure, but friendly staff and comfortable room. Cleanliness wise, stains in the hallway carpets were the worst of it. The room was fine. The separate sitting are was a nice touch. Convenient to everyplace I needed to go. I would definitely stay here again.
