I can't think of a better place to be than Highlands, NC. The only thing better is a location with the ability to walk everywhere in town and be above a Wine Shoppe! You will access to our Main St. facing front yard with fire pit, tables and chairs. The end to a perfect evening is having a glass of wine while sitting by the fire pit.

Our apartment was remodeled in 2017. Most of the work was done by my Father (a retired Highlands builder). We wanted to keep the characteristics of Highlands but offer modern amenities. Our property is #1 on the Historical Registry for Highlands.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Highlands Playhouse. Enjoy features like concierge services. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and a patio in the apartment.
