Room smelled like mold, so much so I couldn’t use the AC some nights. The sink was broken and leaked on the counter.
First impression of the room was great because it’s large. It’s supposed to be a handicapped room I requested for my husband. The tub is higher than normal. Getting out of the tub to the floor I almost fell due to the height difference from the floor. There’s no handle/bar for a handicapped person to safely get out of tub. The only light was near the toilet but it remains dark in shower area.
Staff were excellent and helpful which made up all other negatives about the room.
We had to check out one day earlier than planned because it wasn’t comfortable for my husband to have good night sleep.
The A/C was cold but the towels and sheets didn’t look clean and the place had guests that were there on work that loitered and smoked on the grounds giving a sketchy vibe.

When I booked the room I booked a pet friendly room I get there for a 2 day stay and they tell me that there is a 45 dollar non refundable pet fee per day. So an extra 90 dollars yet they hold my card for 200 in case there are any messes or issues on my end that they didn't like... Ridiculous
the property was terrible, the room stunk like mold and mildew, the floor was damaged and repaired with blue tape, the staff was not interested in the guest. There is no elevator and I was handicapped and on the 2nd floor, we got there right at check in time and they said they could not move our room. COULD NOT WAIT TO LEAVE!!!!
