This villa is a beautifully renovated and welcoming 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor, bright, end unit with lagoon and pool views. It’s the perfect place to stay for your Hilton Head Island getaway! The Colonnade Club complex is located within the gated community of the Shipyard Resort and is close to the beach. This villa is located directly across the street from the paved beach path which is an easy 10 minute walk along a shaded pathway to the Shipyard Beach Club where you will enjoy access to bike racks, outdoor showers, and restrooms with a boardwalk out to the ocean.

The kitchen (remodeled in 2025) is fully stocked and features quartz countertops and beautiful soft close cabinets, pull out drawers, and stainless steel appliances. The laundry room is at the back of the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer. The large high-top dining room table that seats 6 provides for a perfect gathering spot for meals. The living room is equipped with a 55" LG flat screen TV, a comfortable sectional sofa, and sliding glass doors that lead out to your private covered balcony – a great spot to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze with seating for 6 and stunning lagoon and pool views. For your added convenience and use, on your private balcony you will also find an Electric Weber Grill.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a 40" flat screen TV, and a newly renovated private en-suite with double sinks and a beautiful walk-in shower with glass doors. As well, the master includes a spacious desk and office chair perfectly situated next to the 2 large windows overlooking the lagoon – the perfect spot to take care of business while still spending time with the family in Hilton Head. In the guest bedroom, you will find a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top, a 32" flat screen TV, and a newly renovated adjacent private bath with a tub/shower combo. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.
