Oceanfront Condo, askeleet hiekkaan

Sijaitsee South Forest Beach, tämä neljän makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpyhuoneen kolmannessa kerroksessa, Oceanfront huoneisto on erinomainen koko perheelle! Kolme king-makuuhuonetta ja neljäs huone, jossa on kaksi parivuodetta, joissa kaikissa on televisio. Lisäksi on kolme parveketta, joista on upeat näkymät merelle. Vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta ja uima-altaalta lomasi on varmasti rentouttava. Tämä huoneisto on avoin keittiö, jossa on uusia laitteita, ruokailutilaa kuudelle, erillinen jääpalakone, astianpesukone ja pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Olohuoneessa on viihtyisä, ulosvedettävä sohva ja suuri parveke merelle päin. Ensimmäinen Oceanfront makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja oma parveke. Tämä makuuhuone yhdistää seuraavaan vierashuoneeseen, jossa on 2 parivuodetta jaetulla kylpyammeella. Toisessa vierashuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja parisänky. Neljäs makuuhuone on king-vuode ja toinen parveke, täydellinen aamukahvi tai ilta-cocktail. Villa on myös pysäköintialueella 2 ajoneuvoa.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Coligny Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Great location with everything in walking distance, the pool, the beach, Coligny plaza with shops and restaurants. The place was newly renovated, clean and perfect for our family.

Great condo but LOUD music

Overall, this is a wonderful condo in a great community but the condo is literally right above the tiki hut with live music from 11am-10pm every day. I was told by the rental company that we would not be able to hear the music inside the condo which was not accurate!! We were traveling with two young children so that was problematic. I want others to know this before you rent this condo. Some music was fabulous but some was loud with heavy bass and off key singing! Just be aware.The only other concern we had was the beds in the room with two queens were very uncomfortable and need to be upgraded. The three king beds were very comfortable. Overall, a great condo but the loud music is a deal breaker for us unfortunately.

We were very pleased with the property. All of the rooms were a good size and we were very pleased with the size of the kitchen/den/dining area. The view was amazing. It was very clean and extremely easy to access the beach and restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this property.

Construction

The unit, pool, and beach was lovely. Our unit was right beside major construction going on. Would not have rented there had we known…lots of noise. We had to send pictures to management and make several calls which was no fun on vacation.

Great Family Vacation location

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was well stocked and arranged for our family of 7. The kitchen and dining table were large enough for our entire family. The porches were great for outside dining. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean. The only downside for some would be the music from The Tikki Hut next door. We enjoyed the music but it could be loud at times.

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed here for our son’s bootcamp graduation and absolutely loved it. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space. The pool and access to the beach provided great ways to relax, while the location made it easy to get to things on the island. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Week I’m the beautiful condo!

This condo is beautiful! There were 10 of us and we all had a lot of space! Lots of kitchen stuff available for use which was awesome! Wish there was a little More seating in family room. (Maybe another couch or love seat) lots of patio furniture to sit out and enjoy the view! This unit is on the corner right beside the tiki bar at the holiday inn next door- (which we lives right be able to listen to the live music) however If you want quiet evenings on your balcony this wouldn’t be the place for you. Wish their was more parking or even “assigned parking per unit) because when coming back after being out in the evening it was very hard to find a parking place. Overall a 5 star rating for this unit!!!!!

Girls Trip

Our group consisted of 7 women in our 50s. The condo lay out was perfect for our group. We loved the location next to the Tiki Hut at the Holiday Inn next door because we could sit on our balcony and enjoy the live music. This could be bothersome to those who want it to be very quiet because the music went until 10 every night. The bathrooms are very small in this condo but perfectly functional (great water pressure and plenty of hot water)and all of the beds were super comfortable. There were only 4 chairs on the balcony but we just moved some chairs over from the other balcony so we would have enough seating. The Coligny Beach area of HH is very convenient. We never were able to pick up our parking pass because the guard was never at the guard shack; when we finally saw him, it was a day before we were leaving so he said not to worry about it. Parking was convenient because we were the end unit we were next to the the stairwell so very easy to get down to our car. We would definitely come back to Hilton Head and rent this unit!

Great location in Coligny area

We had a great experience renting this condo from Beachside Property. We love the Coligny area and my nephew’s destination wedding was right next door. The condo was very spacious and had amazing views. We appreciated that beach towels were provided however it was missing the beach chairs that the listing promised. That however wasn’t a big deal for us. We only went to the beach once since our kids enjoyed the pool and the weather was so warm!

perfect location near Coligney, restaurants, and Holiday Inn. Able to enjoy Holiday Inn live music while sitting on balcony. Disappointed with cleanliness of condo upon arrival. Matt with Beachside Getaway was very responsive and agreed to refund cleaning fee.

Great Experience

The location cannot be beat. The beach and the pool access is too easy and the bar next door plays live music day and night that you can enjoy listening to while sitting on the balcony. We will be staying here again for sure!
