This 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa has great proximity to the beach. The bright kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, furnished in an upbeat, fun style. Marble and tile throughout the villa keep everything cool and crisp. Out on the patio, the ocean view is stunning. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and spacious.
Throughout Villamare there are 2 community pools, 2 hot tubs, fitness center, as well as a picnic area, grills and fire pit! All this, and just a few sandy steps from the beach!

• Phase 1 (Spring 2026): Starting Monday, March 2, demolition of the walkways along Building 3 courtyard will begin. During this phase:
• Both grand staircases at Building 3 will be closed.
• Guests will be able to access the area using the Disney-side walkway of Building 3.
• A map showing the alternate route is attached for your convenience.
Beginning the following Monday, March 9, demolition will begin on the courtyard side of Building 1. During this phase:
• The Building 1 grand staircase will be closed.
• Guests will need to use the road-side walkway to access the beach and pool areas.
The project is scheduled for completion by April 1, pending weather conditions or any unforeseen delays. We will continue to provide updates should the timeline change.
