Disgusting… for many reasons, listed from bad to worse: 1. Whafted with the smell of weed as I stepped off the elevator. 2. Water covering the floor of the bathroom (as I walk into the room for the first time) 3. The microwave in the room is honestly nauseating. I had to hold my nose when I opened the door to it otherwise I would lose my appetite. You can tell it’s never been wiped down in its life. 4. No shower curtain? Called to make sure that isn’t the standard for this hotel and was told “Yeah there is supposed to be a shower curtain. I have some down here, come and get it.” So I marched down three flights of stairs to get a shower curtain and take it back upstairs to put it on!!!! Was told “you’re welcome” as if they did me a huge favor by giving me a shower curtain to go put on… 5. Two days into my stay I realized there are fuzzy black patches on the towel I have been drying my face and toothbrush on. I put my glasses on and realize it’s HAIR!!!! Black, curly hair… all over multiple towels... I guess you get what you pay for!

I am very disappointed with my recent stay. After viewing the website and photos, I expected a comfortable experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. There was a noticeable odor in both the hallway and the room. The bathroom was missing a shower curtain, had no bath towels and when I returned to park my car, I noticed spider webs above the entryway. There were several other issues as well, but I don’t believe anyone will address them, given the overall condition of the property. Additionally, I was not provided a receipt at checkout—the desk clerk stated that I would receive it once they had checked the room. Based on this experience, I will not be choosing another Country Inn & Suites location in the future.

My husband and I stayed that the hotel from 9/25-9/29. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.. Laura checked us in and was amazing. We booked last minute and need to add extra days. Laura was amazing getting us squared away.. Not to mention, the dining experience, was excellent. Staff member spicy, friendly, accommodating, and continual checked on everyone eating to see if they needed any.. This was an amazing stay at a hotel.. they use really good air freshener to keep the Georgia swampy smell out of the hotel.. which is a major plus for me.. the air smelled delightful.. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and if we return to Hinesville, GA, we will stay here again.. they have definitely made us customers for life!!

This could be a very good hotel if they were to invest a bit of money into it. I stayed in room 319 on sept 17 2025 I’m very picky about my conditions and surroundings. I only have 3 complaints about this particular place 1 the air conditioner was loud….really really loud!!! I had to turn it off. 2 no central lighting. They had lamps with energy efficient bulbs. This gives a fluorescent light in the room. Like I’m at work. 3 No premium channels on the TV. Other than that no issues
