What a lovely hotel! It was like Downton Abbey in Hobart! The staff were all so happy and friendly, and the rooms and bathrooms were well renovated. Great facilities. Overall, a relaxing and very enjoyable experience.

Hadley's is always great its a charming hotel. It is perhaps a little overdue for an upgrade. The bathrooms could be better. I like to take a bath and the baths are too shallow. Apart from that lovely as always.

Starting to get a little tired in places. Bed was way to soft and not great support. Staff were great although we were out for over 3 hours and our room didnt get serviced. Unfortunately there was also a rather unpleasant smell in the bedroom A grand old hotel that isnt quite as grand anymore.

The Hotel has a long history of how Hobart was like in the late 1800s and its decor reflects that, very impressive. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, our room was excellent. Choice of dinning was good and happy hour is every day between 5 - 6, nice wines and beer. Highly recommend it.

The hotel is a lovely old establishment, one of the first in Hobart. We were very happy with the reception staff as they were very polite and helpful. Although the site shows pictures of the lovely dining and restaurant area don’t expect it to be open unless it’s the peak season,this was not specified on the site and we were disappointed we couldn’t dine there. Our room was very spacious with an enormous oversized bed and a nice view of the old church opposite. A bit dusty behind the bed but otherwise very clean. I would recommend it just for the old world charm and very central location to shops and the harbor.

I was extremely disappointed that the restaurant was closed on the two nights I was booked in. As a regular business visitor to Hobart and being tired at the end of each day I much prefer to dine in house. I have stayed at Hadlys on quite a few occasions over many years and can't recall the restaurant being closed before. This will be a consideration when booking in future.
