Horrible cancel policies. Expedia reserved dates in the future because your hotel had no rooms. I selected 2nd and 3rd, they put me in for next day like that was ok. I tried to stop process that night on the 2nd but your hotel said Expedia had to so I called and Expedia said the hotel said too bad so sad not there problem. Really horrible response. If I purchased off Amazon and they ie expedia website gave me the room for wrong day, miss advertised didn’t ship and took your money and said so sad. What would you do.

Arrived in Hobbs to experience snow flurries and high winds. My pup and I were welcomed by the friendliest young lady. Throughout my stay not one person walked by us without a friendly word. Will make a trip back.

Bathroom horrible, tub was unusable. Dirty and tub surround was peeling and crumbling. Prepared breakfast was cold, except packaged gravy mix, it was hot but nasty tasting. Never staying there again.

Bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and was brown stained the sheets had brown spots all of them we couldn’t even sleep on them and room was hot no matter what we set the temperature on to cool it down

The Worse hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Heater was loud sounded like a jet engine was running!! They claim they had no other rooms. Fridge was dirty, elevators barely worked. Sofa bed was a joke, thin thin mattress felt every spring poking us! We had to request linens, blankets pillows, and make everything ourselves!!

We stay at this hotel when we go to Hobbs and have always been treated well. The only thing that was not so good was that the elevator was broken on Sunday and Monday so we had to hand carry our luggage down the stairs. Other than that, great.

Horrible stay

I’ll start with hotel staff was very kind. None of the issues were their fault or could be fixed by them. The AC plug in was burnt and black. The AC unit did not work but was still plugged in. HUGE fire hazard had my husband not found that. We were hot all night as there was NO AC in the bedroom portion of our suite and we didn’t get to the hotel until it was too late to change rooms. The paint on the floor in the shower is peeling leaving the floor both a slipping hazard and uncomfortable at best under your feet. We had to shower in one pair of sandals we brought. The elevator stopped working and remained that way for our stay. We were in an accessible room as my husband is partially disabled. Leaving me and my children to carry luggage and wagons and dog kennel down multiple flights of stairs. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Not a huge deal but more of an annoyance in addition to all of the other issues. The hotel smelled of weed first thing in the morning. Overall we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Pay $20 more and stay at the Hilton. We booked this as a Wyndham member but we will never stay here again.

Location was great. Staff was very nice a d helpful. The bathroom we were in has mold around the shower area. Had a mildew smell to it. Outlet inbetween the beds was not working
