This hotel is filthy. It stinks. My tub didn't drain. The sink fixture fell off in my hand. One of the girls in our group pulled back her covers and there was hair and a huge urine spot on their bed. There are two spots in the hallway carpets that look like someone either vomited or bled out and it was never cleaned. The walls have smudgy slime on them (God knows what that is).

Literally waited at the desk for twenty minutes while employee was on the phone & was never acknowledged. Checked in to a room that had clearly not been cleaned. Used soap & hair in tub,crumbs & debris all over floor,stained bedding. Called front desk to ask for a new room & was informed she was on her way up to “verify” our claims. After 15 minutes of waiting in the dirty room I went to front desk & was told “well I’m busy down here” After “verifying” room had not been cleaned we were moved to another room with an air conditioner that sounded like a jet was in our room.

Poor accommodation and service

I would never stay at this hotel again, the bed was not made and did not have clean linen, shower did not have hot water and the bathtub was filthy. I made a complaint at the front desk and they told me that there was nothing they could do about the condition of my room, because they had only been working there a week. Very disappointed!!

Nice welcoming staff. Breakfast was more than expected. My room was not cleaned on the second day. Since there was nobody at the desk , I rang the bell and no one came. I had to knock on the kitchen door for staff to come. The staff member could not give me directions to the local airport. Every hotel should know the local area or have mini maps available to assist customers. I managed to get to the airport on time using an app on my phone. I wish the pool as not being renovated.

Awful staff and breakfast!

Front staff was rude. There were no check ins allowed for anyone before 3:00 because rooms weren't ready, then suddenly at 3:00, all the rooms were ready. Breakfast bar had almost nothing. I stayed in Artesia at LaQuinta and it was great, but this location is awful!

The morning breakfast was very good. The staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was not ready so they upgraded me at no extra cost. Unfortunately, the tv did not work, the outlets in the bathroom did not work, there was no phone in the room and the grout around the tub was disgusting.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and smelled clean. Property is dated and shows signs of wear but staff strive to keep clean and maintained. Lots of dining choices nearby. We would stay again if in area.

The girl at check in was great had a filthy room hadt change bedding and clean the room for the stay. Was going toaskfor a refund to change property but my family was tired and it would have been to much of a headache. The pool was not open, called to confirm before booking was told it was fully functional to find out it was not. Breakfast the first day we went down a 8am to find everything being put away. Only had 1 day on the last morning to have some type of breakfast. Husband filed a complaint also. Several people complained about the rooms and the service. Worst experience ever would not recommend.
