Okay hotel, good location

Building kinda old. Very convenient location in the heart of the city. Breakfast was okay. Pool was not we expected, electric wires and light fixtures hanging down from the ceiling. Fire pit and front patio were very nice to relax.

Nice location but nobody mentioned the nice shopping nearby. We saw it on our way out. Pool area is hot, old and smells like pool chemicals. Room is clean but old. The bed is good. Breakfast is light on choices but includes eggs and waffles.

Convenient location, good price, clean, friendly staff, quality breakfast Our only comment for improvement is that the AC wasn’t quite what it needed to be. With the shower room not ventilating as it could, the humidity in the room was more than outside. Might have been better in the first floor rooms.

No Housekeeping, which is a change from the last time I stayed. When requesting a room accommodation or housekeeping, I was given short excuses. When I voiced disappointment, I was given a longer explanation of the reasons why the hotel could not accommodate. I do not intend on staying in the future, as they do not value my business, and the front desk/text contact is not effective at addressing customer requests. If her job is to provide excuses for why accommodations cannot be provided, recommend using an AI chatbot or just a simple chatbot.

Close-enough to downtown and sightseeing.

Couple night stay while visiting western MI. Holland is a nice town w great shopping and hotel was about 10 minutes away. The morning breakfasts were great. Staff was helpful.
