COVID-19 We are actively working with our local cleaning service to ensure that enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place for all changeover days including targeting high touch areas like door handles, remote controls, and light switches for disinfection. All laundry is already done on-site in the home to reduce the possibility of contamination. Additionally, our cleaning service never brings in their own equipment such as vacuums, brooms, etc. which reduces the possibility of cross contamination between properties.

This home sleeps 16, but if you need to sleep more, you can rent our home next door to sleep 14 more, for a total of 30 guests!

We know you will enjoy your stay at our beautiful 3800 sq. ft. Saugatuck home on 3.3 acres just 8 minutes from downtown. This home features vaulted ceilings, a grand front porch, and a basement full of activities for all ages. The larger beds have all new luxury mattresses and the bunk beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses. All beds have soft Egyptian cotton bedding.

The living room has plenty of seating around a 65" flat screen TV, with a fireplace that can be enjoyed from the kitchen as well. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware and prep tools you need to prepare your meals, and has a table that can accommodate 8-10. There is a complementary laundry room with washer & dryer and an iron.

The walkout basement has a tall ceiling and lots of windows that make it feel like main floor living. It has a billiard table, air hockey table, pop-a-shot, workout room, additional table with seating for up to 14, a theater area with a 9' projection TV screen, and a sectional couch (with pull out full size bed) huddled around a natural gas fireplace. If you are in the mood to grill, there is a natural gas grill located in the back yard, along with a patio with 2 tables that can accommodate 12.

New big 7 person hot tub, with lots jets, speakers, and a waterfall. Everything is very clean and you will enjoy the high, vaulted ceilings.

What a lovely home! If you have a large group staying in Saugatuck, MI, I cannot recommend this home more. There is a ton of space, a ton of beds, and a ton of things to do. It's a few miles from town, but the Interurban bus was fantastic. I can't recommend enough!

This rental house is “Outstanding”! Beautiful area and unique setting. Home was extremely clean and well stocked. Wonderful family house with assorted games in the large basement that our grandkids really enjoyed. Everyone gave the outside jacuzzi a thumbs up! Family Fun.

This place was fantastic. There was something to do for everyone. Both kids and adults enjoyed the air hockey, foos ball, pong pong, and so much more. We fished in the pond and were able to catch something almost every carch. The walking trail was nice and we even had deer in the back yard.

Friends & Family Getaway

This property is spacious and beautiful! The house has all the amenities you will need for your stay! The home is clean, the beds are comfortable, and our stay really felt like a home away from home. Family Gathering

My family is located in five states with me in MI. We came together for a life’s celebration of a very special person in our lives. We needed a place that would accommodate our large group and this fit the bill. We enjoyed the trails, game room, theatre room and over all just the great gathering areas throughout the house. Absolutely wonderful !

This property did not disappoint in any way. From communication with the owners to the condition of the property everything was first class. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one was by far the most impressive. The amount of space inside and out was accurate. A very quiet property located within minutes of everything. Family Friendly Property

I stayed 7 days with my extended family and had a wonderful time! The kids (ranging 3-9) loved all the games downstairs and the backyard was wonderful for them to play in. Location is central to all the activities we had planned as well. We will definitely be coming back!
