A Gulf-front condo in the northern end of Holmes Beach on a quiet side street with heated pool overlooking the shoreline and the same direct beachfront balcony. This unit is the one-bedroom configuration, sleeping four on a king bed and a living room sofa bed.

The Pack-N-Play and high chair are provided — making this the better fit for guests traveling with infants or toddlers. The beachfront balcony faces the Gulf directly for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The kitchen has been recently updated and is fully equipped for meals at home. One and a half bathrooms. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. High-speed WiFi. On-site shared laundry.

Please note: this property is not suitable for electric vehicles or electric golf carts. One parking space included. Non-smoking property.

Was an excellent place to stay. Will stay there again if back to Anna Maria. Close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. Condo was large. Kitchen was updated.. Very nice balcony. No complaints..

Great View, Good Location, BUT -- and it's a big one.

We spent February in this unit & there are many things to like: on the beach with great views of the gulf; good location on the island; updated, well-stocked kitchen; nice dining & family room furniture; & a very responsive property management team. However, there were two major negatives: the bathroom & the carpet which is in the bedroom, dining & family rooms. In the bathroom the baseboard trim is rotted by the tub, the vinyl floor has black stains & the sub-floor is spongy, leading us to believe it is rotting from water leakage which creates a mold concern. These issues & an exterior water leak brought three different maintenance people out to inspect; we never heard any results. The carpet is worn & dirty. The pad in the bedroom is bunched up. We would not want young children to crawl on this carpet. We wore shoes the whole time. The owners are nice & asked us about staying again next year; we appreciated the offer but said we would only be interested if they took care of these issues. If we had known the condition of the bathroom & carpet, we would not have rented this year. The term “partially updated” is a better description. Did these things ruin our time on AMI? No. We loved it, as always. However, we will only return here if the bathroom is updated & the carpet is replaced.

Lovely location with beautiful views of the sunset.

We had a delightful week, enjoying walks on the beach and eating at the nearby restaurants. This location is a very short drive to several nature preserves. The place was quite roomy with lots of seating. We had family stop by for lunch and there was plenty of room. Highly recommend!

Awesome Beach Front Condo

This is a great, large one bedroom condo on the beach. Having morning coffee and later in the day cocktails, sitting on our balcony overlooking the Gulf was the best ever. Will definitely come back!

Excellent little Condo

This condo was perfect for my husband and I️ Very neat and clean and great view. The only thing I️ would say about the view is that when sitting at the table, on the balcony, it is a somewhat blocked by the high hedges around the pool, Also, when we arrived the internet/modem was not working, and management was very responsive in getting it fixed.
