He whole place is great. Great walking distance to everything, there is even a bus right outside where they can take anywhere. The only thing that is upsetting is the room service. We were there for a week. We would be out since 9 am come back around 5pm our room wouldn’t be clean or change sheets new towels anything. That happened 4 out of 7 days. To the point where we just put up the do not disturb sign and asked for new sheets and towels we changed them our selves.

This is an aging hotel. The initial room I received had rust stains in the bathtub. I was moved to another room. The second room had a shower curtain with extreme mildew on the curtain. This is just poor maintenence. The wifi had a weak signal and the cable tv had a limited number of channels. Only one ice machine and one microwave for guests without kitchen. The owners of this property have let the property become rundown. No telephone in room. Location good, staff on front desk excellent. Cleaning staff not friendly and failed to put replacement cups and toilet tissue in room. Had to ask.

It was a fantastic service provided from La Croix Hotel staff, they would be able to provide early check-in service, as soon as the room available, people working at front desk are always nice and friendly. Only problem from this hotel is their hardware, the bathtub bottom was repaired by rubber, so we could not wash in the tub but only shower; Also, the fan in bathroom was not working at all, so the room was very humid, and I felt like my pajamas got wet when I lay on the bed. I could only open the window to ventilate. It is not humid outdoors in Hawaii, but on the 12th floor of this hotel, when the elevator door opened, it really felt like entering a sauna corridor.
