Old and outdated venue. When I walked in the AC in the lobby was at a minimum and it was at least 80+ degrees outside. It’s weird to get a late check out when you have to call the same morning at 7 AM and it’s on the first come first serve just so that you can get out at noon

Great Stay! Wonderful Location! Awesome Staff!

Hotel as bright fun decor. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Restaurant beside (attached) has great food with reasonable prices. Great location just a few blocks from the beach but still close to all shopping. Bonus tip - picks ups for some tours is right across the street! Economical for sure. Definitely would stay again!

Staff is very nice. The restaurant attached is healthy & yummy and you get $5 a day to credit. In house water machine is great if you bring a water bottle. If not, Ross dress for less is across the street for everything you need. Roof top pool is small but a nice plunge and sweet view. Lots of restaurants & bars near by. Oh and there are lots of beach chairs and toys for the using. Overall it's a funky fun stay!

Shoreline is a perfectly adequate hotel if you want a clean place to stay at Waikīkī and don’t plan to spend your vacation in the hotel. The biggest thing that annoyed me was that the coffee cups were unusually small and didn’t have lids. The most notable positive about the hotel is that the staff were unusually friendly and helpful. Also, the humble-looking Poke place across the street is amazing!

We loved everything about our stay. The room was modern and cute, the bed was comfortable, and it was walking distance to EVERYTHING! The staff was absolutely amazing. It was my daughter's birthday and they went out of their way to make her feel special. We just booked another "just fo fun" trip in September and we cannot wait to get back. Moreover, I forgot one of my luggage bags and they were so HELFUL and out me at ease about securing it.
