Breakfast was underwhelming. Limited choices and used attached restaurant. One item (like granola) and 1 drink. Do not get the add on breakfast option unless it's free. Otherwise, small rooms, but a great location. Friendly staff.

We were excited to visit Hawaii for the first time at a 4-star Hilton hotel in Waikiki before we departed. When we arrived, the hotel looked outdated from exterior but looked OK inside. TV didn't work for 3 days. The soundproof was terrible. We could hear all the noises from outside from the front door and the back patio. People talking, shouting, screaming, baby crying, sirens,. garbage trucks, All sorts of noises you can think of. Housekeeping didn't do a great job either. Lack of some amenities and didn't clean the shower room thoroughly. Hair was still in a small pile. We chose it because the breakfast is included. We thought it would be the buffet type but it was provided by a restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast menu provide a few choices but the volume of each choice is very small. A toase with avocado spread, a french toas, a small cup of oat meals or fruits, yogurt. Each choice could barely feed a child. On 12/26/2025, we waited over 40 minutes and still didn't get our breakfast. We talked to the manager and he apologized to us and prepared the breakfast in a few minutes. The resort fee is a scam. The partner is way too far from the hotel to use. The hotel is on the north part of Waikiki and the partner is on the south-most side of Waikiki. Guests will not go that far to get the provided items. This is just a way for the hotel to overcharge guests. A total scam. I have to say, the front desk staff was friendly and professional. It shouldn't be a 4-star hotel

This listing was very misleading. It said it was a queen bed and bunk beds, it is only 2 very small beds in a VERY VERY VERY small room ( the size of a closet ) it had a mini window and felt very claustrophobic. I would not recommend. The front desk gentleman were nice but did not solve my issues, there were homeless people in the lobby and trash over flowing in trashcans , it was NOT THE BEST would not recommend or go back.

We've stayed at this property twice within the past year and will certainly be staying there for each trip in the future (my daughter is stationed in Hawaii so we will be there several times a year to visit). The Staff is THE BEST! Specially Will, Lance and Hee helped us during this stay but pretty much every employee was always with a smile and a greeting.

Room was dirty when we arrived. Staff cleaned it after we asked the front desk. Staff was great and helpful. Fitness center was too small and crowded. Location was good but will stay closer in to Waikiki next time.

Wonderful stay, great people. Schereen was so helpful and gave us great local recommendations. Don’t forget to ask them about the beach amenities included with your stay. The coffee at the room is wonderful too!

The rooms were clean and neat. Had all that is needed - locker, mini fridge, tv, A/C. coffee machine was not clean. had salt strains. Didnt had Iron and Iron table. But when requested, it was provided. Room was not sound proof. Could hear the cars in the street. Every morning we were hearing something rolling back and forth in the floor above. But both are not that disturbing. One thing that was kind of let down was the breakfast that we purchased along with the room. Its not a buffet. The restaurant has limited menu and many times, they were out of one or other items. We didnt had time to use the pool. Its a kids friendly hotel. Had everything (ABC stores, shopping malls, restaurants, bus station, beach etc) in a walkable distance.

Clean room, great staff, very nice location, walk to everything. The hotel supplies beach towels, sun screen, has drinking water filling station. Most of all you have a guest pass to Alohilani resort spa/gym which is awesome. We used it every day for our workouts.
