Comically bad stay

One of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced, and that's saying something. Customer service was either unavailable or downright hostile. I called the front desk: "Could I get a couple more pillows and towels?" "No pillows. You can have 2 towels." 😳 Oh, and I had to go back down to the lobby from the 19th floor to get them myself. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, like from another planet. The room was dingy and sparse and dirty. They did update the bathroom a bit, I'll give them that, but the sink was clogged. And the TV didn't work. One of the main reasons we booked this place was because they advertised on Hotels.com that they have an airport shuttle. Come to find out you have to book your own shuttle with a third party and you have to somehow magically know that you need to do it 24 hours in advance. Which, of course, we didn't know, so we ended up having to arrange our own transportation to the airport. Unbelievably bad, top to bottom. Do not stay at this hotel.

Book any where else. Rude staff. Elevators are unsafe. Check in and check out is super inconvenient. Cash only parking on site that is not guaranteed that there will be any because it’s also public parking.

Pictures and description in your platform are very misleading. The lobby was horrible, ripped dirty carpet, entry area was boarded off. Red flag is when the clerk made me sign that room is nonrefundable!!! Room was horrible, I was scared to have my twins there, and within 30 min booked another hotel for the remainder of my trip. I was in the room for less than 5 hours.

The check in clerk seemed poorly trained and Unprofessional with his “Trump” gear. I really don’t want to know the politics of someone working at a hotel. The restaurant area was very loud even with only 4-5 people there. We left and had dinner at another place. There is no real lobby. We’ll never stay here again and would discourage others from staying here.

finding the entrance to even get to the hotel was not easy. Once I parked, there are no signs as to where to find the check in desk so I just got on the elevator and went to LL and L, eventually finding the check-in. Once getting to the room is it very old and outdated, floors need to be mopped very badly! The dresser drawers just fall out when you open them, so not even usable. There is nasty stuff all over the bathroom mirror. If you pick up a glass off the dresser, it sticks and then a ring where it has been sitting, so gross. My last straw was an actual cockroach crawling on the dresser where the microwave is, this was not the large water bug ones; an actual roach. I can not have my kids staying in a place that has roaches and risk the roaches getting into my belongings and potentially taking them back to infest my home. I ended up checking out within 12 hrs of arrival. I reached out to the management and I still haven’t received a response.
