The property was cleaned. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was suitable for a quick meal. The restaurant is a good option if you don’t feel like going out. There are other good restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel. The location is great if you want to be off the beaten pad but still close to Bath House Row or the national park.

Very good location. We could walk to the Promenade area and the national park. Nice free breakfast. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. There was rust on the shower door and the bathroom floor was not clean. The bedding was very clean and the mattress was comfortable.

Nice hotel to stay if visiting downtown Hot Springs. Walkable to bath house row and national park. Only deficiency is parking lot not next to hotel and need to make sure car secure during stay. Free breakfast has good selections.

The room was spacious with a TV, mini fridge and Kuerig. I found the bed to be like sleeping on a board, but I don’t care for extra firm mattresses. The bathroom dispensers either had nothing in them or were set to extra stingy. The door key didn’t work properly. The breakfast was good and the restaurant/bar was too.

Staff here is phenomenal. They gave me tips for Magic Springs water park, helped me with our restaurant choices and gave us whatever we needed for our room. The complimentary breakfast is really nice with a buffet of eggs, meat, potatoes and so much more. The room had an enormous fridge and a microwave. The parking garage is not convenient and there is some strange foot traffic around the hotel, but that is what you have with the Hot Springs bath house district. The hotel shows its age and could use a refreshing of its chips and wear.
