The hotel was nice and clean. Parking lot is a bit of a walk but not to bad unless it’s raining. Our room was ok. Showerhead was clogged. Curtain wouldn’t shut all the way so we woke up with the sun. We specifically booked this hotel for the steakhouse. Unfortunately we found out upon arrival it wasn’t open and no one knows when it will be open. We also booked for the live music again to find out there wasn’t any. Not even a DJ. You can find plenty other properties around with more amenities for a much lesser price than we paid. Not worth the money spent for sure.

The Hotel Hot Springs is located close to the central part of the city and not a too far stroll to Bathhouse Row. The conceirge staff was polite and friendly and answered all of my questions directly with no problems. The cleaning staff replenished my towels, but did not seem to tidy up my room while I was away. However, this not a big issue for me. Overall, a pleasant time in a nice and clean establishment. The views from my room were great!

The View

We were here celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary!!! The stay was amazing the room was just the right size. We were on the 14th floor with and awesome view! We loved it and we will be back! Everything and everyone were outstanding!

First experience to the park.

Hotel was walkable to Hot Springs National Park for those capable of doing the six to eight block walk. Parking structure appeared secure and one block walking distance from hotel. Valet is available. Not quite as easy of a walk to the park or bath row if elderly and difficulty in walking. Area appears to be safe.

Easy check in, had a parking garage and was able to walk to all of downtown. Friendly staff, the breakfast was good and even received free drink vouchers (up to $6 each) for one night. Had a nice view of downtown and the location couldn't be beat, would definitely stay there again.

Loved- We loved the location. We could walk to area attractions. The breakfast had a good selection and they kept the food stocked and fresh even during busy times. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the hotel restaurant. The staff were friendly. Didn’t love- Our neighbor was talking very loudly and letting the door slam day and night until 2am, which made it hard to rest. And we were out of towels for a whole day. We asked for towels in the morning, again mid-day, again in the evening, and walked down to the desk that night to get them.
