The Hotel Hot Springs was such a nice place to stay. Not only is the hotel beautiful but is conveniently located and within walking distance to downtown. The outdoor dining was so relaxing and the dining staff very attentive. Our valet was so helpful as well as the front desk staff. The room was clean and quiet and the view was amazing. You won’t be disappointed.

They need to deep clean the room. There’s hair everywhere: on the sheets, in the bathroom, and even on the towels. The AC filter also needs to be cleaned or replaced because it smells unpleasant. The staff, however, is friendly.

Great stay. Very convenient location. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. My only concern was the adjoining door between my room and the next room was not soundproof. Could hear everything from the guests next door. Hotel should look into soundproof measures for those doors.

Room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Robbin took us downtown and gave us some good suggestions on restaurants. Bridgette was very helpful checking us in and checkout. There were a few other staff members we encountered that were very friendly. Everyone seemed happy to be there. We will definitely stay at the Hotel Hot Springs again!

Check in was a nightmare. Staff was slow and answering phone calls rather than assisting guests in line. No place to park to unload. Parking garage is expensive and two blocks away. Breakfast is not complimentary. Very disappointing.

The HSH pros- in a great location and very nice and accommodating staff. Beds are pretty comfy. Cons- it’s getting tired. They did an update years ago, and it’s time for another one. Our room did not seem fully clean, but it was much better than the first room we were given that smelled like someone had taken a big crap and left it, and a baby roach was crawling in the bathroom. Parking is also a nuisance since the City of HS put in the pay meters. But if you park after 7 pm and get out by 8 am, it’s free. There’s a small free lot next to the hotel that’s great if you can get a spot and $20 per day valet if that’s your style. Walls are paper thin- there was a family next to us. Never saw or spoke with them, but I can tell you it’s a family and some info about them since I could clearly hear them through the walls as though they were in our room. That only happened one night, though. It’s a good hotel if you want to explore the historic downtown and bathhouse area. Hopefully they will update it again soon.

The room was reasonably clean. I did see some areas, corners, etc..that need attention. The main problem is the parking. You can valet for approx. $20 a day, or park in the garage- which is not connected to the hotel and requires a walk down the street, for approx. $14 a day. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, typical hotel type breakfast. The staff were very kind and helpful. The first night they put us in a small room with the A/C blowing straight onto the bed. They brought us an extra blanket as we requested. The next day we requested a room change- they were very helpful in accommodating us. I probably would not stay here again due to the parking situation, but it wasn’t a bad stay.

I was disappointed in the National Park. My grandson loved the tower and the view of the mountains however. The hotel was one of the best we've stayed in. Loved the spacious bathroom and the shower was so nice and the convenience of shower gel and shampoo. The hot breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this place
