I had an amazing stay at AC Hotel. The property was spotless and truly felt luxury from the moment I arrived. The staff was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to be accommodating. Despite the challenging weather conditions in Houston, they handled everything with grace, patience, and genuine care. You could tell they truly wanted guests to feel comfortable and taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, upscale experience with exceptional service.

Hosts were very courteous and the hotel and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Only issue I had was, I wish they could have explained the self parking a bit better. I was only staying for one night and they pretty much make it seem like all the parking garages charge you every time on the in and out, when in fact, they don't.
