Bought this hotel because it was close and offered breakfast. Turns out the breakfast isn’t available but it still listed. The room was ok but has a slight cigarette smell and the bed is off frame is off.

They can do better the was hair all over the bathroom the microwave had rust in it, the was no pressing iron nor ironing board. The bedsheets had a stains, no breakfast as stated on the booking site.

This property seemed to be a shelter for displaced families. The hallways are gloomy. With half working lights. The property never said it was under renovation. There was furniture everywhere and they cancelled breakfast without notifying anyone. It reminded me of the haunted house. The curtains were dirty and torn. The hallways had involuntarily open windows. The furniture was old and the rooms smelled of mildew. They placed me in a handicapped room. The linens didn’t look clean. They was no headboard on the bed and the pillows were propped up against a wall that needed to be painted. There were residents laying out side the property I requested a refund and went to stay at a property that was clean smelling and I felt safe. I felt as tho if i left for the night, my room would have gotten broken into. This property is all false advertisement and should refund me my monies. I will NEVER stay or refer anyone to this property or company. This is BAD BUSINESS. THIS PROPERTY gets a -10 The only thing a lil positive about the experience was the front desk person let me see the room before hand. He wasn’t friendly as a front desk person should be, but he wasn’t nasty either. He knew right from the start that we didn’t want to stay there Ughhhhhhhhhhhh. I’m disgusted

I mean i definitely got what i paid for. Tried to be nice to the front staff just to not have anybody respond to us. So not welcoming at all. Never once had house keepers come.
