This property was really a disappointment. I usually really enjoy the Embassy Properties, this one needs a makeover! The pool was closed for maintenance, no coffee in the hotel lobby, the water dispenser in the lobby had a rusted screw in it, the elevator was broken. The room (529) was so unclean, the bathroom had hair residue from previous guest, the headboard is pealing so bad, and nightstands were filthy with old food residue! I do travel with wipes! The front desk stand weren’t warm and welcoming!

Yes, staff was courteous. Room was great. We had mobility room so could move around with the walker. I especially appreciated the bathroom. It had space and hand held shower with lots of grab bars. So much better than normal rooms.

Staff were friendly, good location but outdated room furniture and hotel amenities need to be upgraded. The premium suite does not worth it, it is the same suite size and furniture just free snacks and soda drinks. Had to pay $50 room fee and $75 upgrade fee to get the premium suite.

No impressed at all with the accommodations. The Hilton name use to exude class as well as comfortable. The hotel needs some TLC. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls, the furniture is worn with holes and stains, the beds are like sleeping on the floor. We booked a 2 bedroom corner suite. We checkin and come to find out our corner sweet was given to somone else. The listing through Expedia is misleading, there are no 2 bedroom suites at this location. The kids were unable to swim in the indoor pool due to the celling falling in...this information was not disclosed at the time of booking. Very disappointed. The room was not cheap either..$300 for 1 night. Called Expedia to see if they would at least offer to refund half of our stay and we were declined. Our stay is stressful enough, due to our trip being booked to help family with a recent death. I have been diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer at the beginning of the year. Having 2 bedroom and 2 seperate bathrooms was important to us..my daughers and husband need to use separate restroom facilities so they are not exposed to any of my bodily fluids due to being on chemo. We will never stay at this hotel again and will use a diffent app to book a hotel stay in the future.

Our stay was honestly a mixed experience, and Cydney at the front desk was by far the best part of it. From the moment she checked us in, she was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Her customer service made a big difference and deserves recognition. We specifically chose Embassy Suites because of the indoor pool, which was meant to be a main source of entertainment for my son. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed to find out upon arrival that the pool was out of order. That was a major letdown. On a positive note, the gym was open and functioning, which was appreciated. There were a few other issues during our stay. The elevator was extremely slow, and the shower water pressure was not good at all, which made for a less comfortable experience. Overall, the hotel itself fell short of expectations, but Cydney’s outstanding service truly stood out and helped soften the disappointment. She was absolutely the highlight of our stay.
