Room was very clean and AC worked really well. Only one elevator worked but it was great other than that. Also the restaurant downstairs is crazy expensive. Still enjoyed my time here and would come back.

We didn't eat therr so can't dpek on that.Checkin and checkout was quick and easy. Parking was close and easily acessed.The only glitch in our stay was that the TV in the room was not working...called the front desk..no one answered...finally went down there and spoke with the person working and it seemed at that time they were shorthanded. As soon as he could he came up and tried to get the tv operable..when he couldn't..he offered us a change of rooms..which we did...Everything else was satisfactory.

Excellent room spacious seating area separated from the sleeping area. Refrigerator and microwave provided also and very good breakfast buffet at reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel for future trips.

This is an EXCELLENT property, and I used to be a hotel developer. Excellent management shows throughout. Your staff is VERY good, every department, amazing that management is this good, every hotel owner's dream. Two things that need to be addressed, one IMMEDIATELY if you have not already been sued: 1. The wonderful show stall floor in &19 was slippery as greased glass. Once I was in the shower for several minutes the floor became "sticky" preventing me from falling; however it was dangerously slippery at first and at last when I exited. A you know, your hotel caters to a lot of M D Anderson people most of us up in age. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND MUST BE CORRECTED RIGHT AWAY 2. the room needs better overhead lighting, Actually it has none. It needs a strong light in the middle of the ceiling. I had a very difficult time seeing with just the table lamps on. Correct these two things and you have about as perfect a hotel property as can be. Tell the manager I send my regards, does a wonderful job. Best wishes and I'll stay again in April for up to six weeks while undergoing radiation treatment at Anderson. Charles Davis
