Booked this Hotel because of its close proximity to MD Anderson. My truck has a lift which makes it taller than average. The parking garage at this property accommodated my vehicle with ease. Very clean Hotel, overall satisfied. Highly recommend!!

I like how clean the hotel is but I did not like waiting for an hour and a half for an extra bedding and every time I call them they will say it had been delivered in our door without nobody knocking to let us know its there. My baby is 2 yrs old and had to wait until 11pm for them to gave the beddings she need.

We had stayed on 10th floor and 6th floor and the rooms were immaculate. This stay we were on the 9th floor. There was a small roach on the counter and the bathroom, entrance, and closet floors were not near as clean as the other two floors. It wasn’t terrible but I will definitely request the 10th or 6th floors on our next stay.

Air conditioner was extremely loud, there was a bright flashing light on the smoke detector that would flash every 5 seconds, so bright you could see it with eyes closed. The most upsetting thing was that after we arrived we found out you must pay $15 to park at the hotel. That price should be added or included in the nightly rate. Had we know that we would have stayed somewhere different.

The building was very clean and modern. The rooms, furniture and the fixtures all seem up to date. The room was very spacious and had good lighting as well. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

If you are going to NRG Stadium for Livestock show or Rodeo, I Highly recommend stay at this Hotel, You can park your vehicle in a secure garage and leave it there. They have shuttle’s that come every 20 mins to take you to and from the stadium. Well worth every penny!!!

We are driving two hours for radiation treatments and two hours home Monday through Wednesday. On Thursdays we drive over for treatment and stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Thursday night, have treatment on Friday and drive home. Our hotel room is perfect! Very clean and comfortable. We are exhausted so we eat downstairs in the restaurant on Thursday evenings and cannot say enough good about the service and quality of food and drinks. We have stayed here for the last two weeks and will stay for the next three.

Hotel is very large. The room was comfortable but the bed pillows were the worst to sleep on. They are a large square, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Not necessarily close to museums. There are better choices if you want to stay in that area. Staff was very nice
