The hotel was very nice and inviting. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable for me and my family. The girls loved the restroom lighting I loved the bed. Parking wise ok. The back parking section was partially flooded due to recent rain making parking difficult.

Great experience

The room was cool, clean and comfortable. We experienced a problem with our flight and we were able to get checked in early with no problem which was awesome. The pool was closed due to routine inspections being scheduled so that was disappointing. The breakfast was wonderful! Nice options, hot, fresh and beautifully presented. We scheduled a shuttle to the airport for the next morning. Shuttle was on time and the driver was nice. Would definitely stay at this location again and I would recommend it to anyone!

My room was infested with bugs and their eggs in the bathroom, walkway, and near the fridge. When I informed the check-in person about the issue, he dismissed it as normal. However, when I requested housekeeping, he informed me that the cleaning service was off for the night at 6:45 p.m. Feeling frustrated, I decided to clean my room myself. Fortunately, I was tired and my flight had been delayed, so I didn’t have to find another hotel. Nevertheless, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. The next morning, I discovered that the cleaners were eating breakfast right after cleaning the room with guests. While this is acceptable, it was inappropriate for them to spray chemicals during guest meals and then eat themselves. Overall, this establishment needs to improve its cleanliness and professionalism. I took a video if you’d like me to send it in
