I give it a 5 star just almost everything about it was perfect staff was sincerely nice, the room was so thoughout even had a tray to rollin to bed to eat on. Ha! My wige wishe you had a mirror instead of photo in main area even though you had a nice sized mirror at the entrance and bathroom. I loved it. Only thing I would ask is your fitness center if u have something broke get it fixed or throw it away. I got on the rowing machine and the batteries were dead on the main screen but then I thought I would row but I found out quickly the chain was not working properly. I use this for my cardio but honestly I had a wonderful experience the breakfast looked delicious but I had to pass but I’m sure it was especially the biscuits looked awesome. Thank u

Hotel was very nice but the double queen "suite" rooms could be a little larger. The breakfast was extremely busy so much so that food ran low and there was not enough seating.

During our stay it was very clean and quiet! Room was cleaned during our 2 night stay! No hot water and phone busy every time I called on the second night! In the morning still no hot wate! Guests were NOT notified of this!
