Nice and clean-ish. Lobby smelled wonderful. Hotel room floor smelled sour and the room smelled like it needed to be aired out. Guests above us made so much noise all throughout the night despite the front desk calling repeatedly. The breakfast was nice but did not have any vegan options. Overall stay was good for the one night we were there.

Noisy people above my room -- Not hotels fault

There was no issue with the property, but there was a lot of noise/floor-thumping at 2 o'clock in the morning that woke me up, and lasted for over an hour. It literally like someone running around the room.

I find that the entrance to the hotel while driving the car. It’s a bit sore. It’s very easy to get pulled into the next-door neighbor. It should’ve been the access way more accessible or more directed pointing towards the hotel. Other than that the hotel renovation in Memphis are amazing. Great job guys.
