The young lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I chose this hotel because it is advertised as having a bar and restaurant. Upon my arrival (on a Saturday), I was informed that both are not available on weekends. This information should be provided to guests in advance. Luckily there is a restaurant only steps away across the parking lot. Other than the unavailable amenities, my room was clean and my bed was comfortable.

At check in no one was at the counter. I was on a business trip and go to Houston often I wanted to try this hotel out. I had to go to the bar to inform that no one is at the register. Another guy was waiting ahead of me Finally a lady came she was nice but having zero at a counter for us to check in from a hotel like this is unacceptable Then the food. The most horrible food that’s available to mankind. Just don’t order anything I didn’t eat. So for breakfast I decided I am definitely not going to order anything Looks like the hotel is short staff. Don’t expect any good food from this hotel

Room was clean, the 4th floor smelled pretty badly of mildew particularly at the elevator. Staff were kind. WiFi quality was solid. Parking was a bit of a bit like hunger games overnight. Breakfast was solid. Overall, wasn’t a bad stay but I can’t say I’m itching to book another.

By far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Hotel looked and smelt amazing inside. The room was spotless and the cookies were delicious! Will definitely be my go to Houston hotel going forward!

The rooms are not ready when we arrived there. Then after checking in the room the table has lots of hair on it and it’s dirty. The pillowcase has blood stains on it and night lamp table has also hair on it. When I went in restroom there is long hair on glass of shower.

This property was in a nice quiet area. The overall stay was decent for what we needed it for. However, the room & bathroom was not cleaned properly. The bedsheets looked like they were thrown together in a rush. I waited hours for towels, although the front concierge was very nice in trying to resolve the problem. I personally don’t know if I’d be back. All in all not terrible.
