The property is clean but poorly lighted inside. There is an unusual smell of incense on the 2nd floor. I don’t know if it was accidental or deliberate to mask another smell. The smell is unpleasant.

The room was clean but there was no pool which website says there is, the dumpster smelled and front parking lot was hard to maneuver in when crowded especially with only one way in and out, the breakfast was limited and you could smell burnt eggs throughout the Hotel

Carpet could use a deep clean. The room that I stayed in looked to have a blood stain on the carpet by the desk area. We also had a power outage during the night of 5/26/25 due to strong storms in the area. You'd think they'd have a generator to keep the hotel operational. So, I had to shower in the dark in the morning and also no breakfast was served due to the power outage lasting until the afternoon. Glad I left my room early in the morning since there was no power, no AC. By the time I returned to my room by late afternoon, power had been restored. Location is conveniently located close to Bush Intercontinental Airport. Would consider staying here again and hopefully they'll have cleaner carpets by then.

The front desk attendant was very nice. The cleanliness seemed okay other than some stains. The reason for the 3 stars was the area doesn’t offer much but it’s good if you only need a place to sleep, that is really close to the airport. The shuttle service was convenient but the driver was pretty unsafe; looking at his phone the whole time. The tv in the room didn’t work and the window unit AC rattled pretty bad. Other than these things, it was a fine stay.

I liked how convenient it was to the airport and a shuttle was provided. They were able to accommodate my last minute reservation. When I checked in the person at the desk was nice. I didn't like how the hotel looked dark and dingy when I entered the front door. It wasn't inviting. I didnt like the stale smell of the hallway after getting off the elevator. The hallway wasnt well lit. I didnt feel safe. The carpet looked dirty in the hall and room. There was a musty/moldy smell in the room. Due to a storm there was a power outage. I was disappointed that there was not a back up generator to restore power. As a result we lost power and air and I was unable to get my free breakfast before heading to the airport. When I checked out, the morning clerk was sleep at the desk.

We reserved the family suite on our way home after a family cruise. I figured since my husband and I were sharing such close quarters with our kids all week, it would be nice to have a bigger space the night before we fly back home. We were able to do a early check-in which was very nice. The rest of our stay was awful, not up to LaQuinta standards! The hallways had stains on the carpet, the elevator was jumpy and smelled bad. Expedia advertised a pool however there was no pool. The room had dust on the surfaces and only three sets of towels for four people. The mattress for the sofa bed had dirty sheets and a pillow folded into it, springs poking out and was stained. The back of the mattress had gum stuck to it and rust stains from the springs. Expedia advertised rolling beds for a surcharge so when I asked for one of those, the person at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. As we walk by a housekeeping room, we saw a rollaway bed but when I asked about it she said that she had no idea about it and wasn't even sure if it was cleaned so we could use it. My kids wanted to sleep on the floor, but I had them sleep on the sofa bed because I think the floor was grosser! Since we were stuck with the sofa bed, I called for fresh sheets and pillows they had me come down to pick them up, which was fine, but when I got there there weren't any pillows. We wound up putting a blanket in between the mattress and the sheets just for peace of mind, but never got pillows.
